Bulletproof strength provides in-person personal training services. All training sessions are delivered face-to-face and tailored to each client’s needs.

2. Payments

All payments are invoiced via email through our website platform (Wix).
Payment is required in full before training begins, unless otherwise agreed (e.g., monthly instalments).
Clients paying through monthly instalments are required to continue payments in order to remain in the program.
Failure to continue payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of services.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a post single session money-back guarantee, so if you are unsatisfied with the product you can ask for a refund within 24 hours.
Refunds will not be provided after the initial session period has passed.
To request a refund within this window, please contact us via email with your details and reason for the request.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of sessions.
Missed sessions without proper notice may be charged at the full rate, at the discretion of the trainer.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure they are physically fit and cleared by a medical professional to participate in physical exercise.
BPS is not responsible for any injury or health issue arising from incorrect use of techniques or failure to disclose relevant medical conditions.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect personal information via contact forms to respond to inquiries and provide services.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

7. Website Content

All content on this website is for informational purposes only.
No content is available for download.
Any misuse of content or false representation of the brand is prohibited.
